refund policy

Customers have a 30-day right of return. Only complete and unassembled furniture can be used  be returned.

The goods are returned at the customer's expense.

The goods should be returned to the address: BERNACIAK, Kublystrasse 25, 9016 St. Gallen.

The money  will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account specified by the customer.
