We continue to use Google remarketing (so-called DoubleClick by Google), Google AdWords and Bing Ads for online advertising and for evaluating the use of our website. Through the combined use of first-party cookies and third-party cookies (e.g. DoubleClick cookies), reports can be used to evaluate how display impressions are related to website visits. We use Facebook Custom Audience, a service provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland. We also use Facebook pixels, also a Facebook service. With its help, we can track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to record the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, but is stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data to the respective Facebook account and also use it for its own advertising purposes.

In order to use the functions of the relevant network there, you may have to log into your user account. This informs the network that you have visited our website with your IP address and called up the link. If you call up a link to a network while you are logged into your account with the relevant network, the content of our website can be linked to your profile on the network, which means that the network can assign your visit to our website directly to your user account. If you want to prevent this, you should log out before you click the corresponding links. An assignment takes place in any case if you log in to the relevant network after clicking the link.
