General terms and conditions of business

1. General
The terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries.
With the confirmation of the purchase, the terms and conditions are automatically accepted.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery Areas
The orders can only be delivered within Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

2.2 Shipping Partner
Delivery is by Swiss Post (B-Post) or DPD

2.3 Delivery Times

After confirming the order, the goods will be shipped within the specified delivery time. 

2.4 Shipping Costs

The delivery cost is  0 chf with a special offer "free delivery"
The costs will be charged additionally. As soon as the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent automatically.

3rd prize
The prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). 

4. Terms of payment
Methods of payment: credit cards VISA, MasterCard, advance payment

5. Invoice
As soon as the order has been dispatched, the customer automatically receives the invoice by e-mail or in writing.

6. Return Policy

Customer has 30 days right of return. Only complete and unassembled furniture can be returned.

The return of the goods is at the expense of the customer.

All mirrors must be checked by the customer upon delivery/collection and imperatively prior to fitting and any damage must be reported immediately. Do not mount on the wall - otherwise there is no right of return.

The goods should be returned to the address: BERNACIAK, Kublystrasse 25, 9016 St. Gallen.

The money will be returned to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days.

7. Order Confirmation
After receipt of your order in the shop, or with the inquiry form, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
